CEL-Hunan Fund-of-Fund
Introduction
CEL successfully established CEL-Hunan Fund-of-Fund in August 2018(legal name: Hunan Everbright Xingchen Equity Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership). The promised contribution is 5.1 billion RMB, in which CEL subscribes 2.6 billion RMB, while Hunan Caixin Financial Holding Group subscribes 2.5 billon RMB. The FoF will be managed by the professional FoF team.
Investment Strategy
The investment strategy splits into equity investment and quasi-equity investment, while focusing on the advanced equipment manufacturing industry, biological medicine industry, high-performance medical instrument market, information industry and cultural creativity field (including information safety, AR and VR). The strategy also concentrates on M&A reconstruction, major scientific achievement transformation and military integration.

CEL-Hunan Fund-of-Fund combines with the diversified investment, financing and management platform of CEL that being the Central Enterprise with strategic investment superiority, strong capital strength and abundant asset management experiences. The FoF also aims to make stable profit through high-efficient and flexible management. Also, CEL develops the advantages of the cross-border asset management platform, attracts the overseas advanced hardware technology projects to set-up in Hunan Province, especially high-quality new energy batteries and semiconductors companies. Thus, local industries will be upgraded further.

Jane Zhang
Managing Director
Ms. Zhang is the Managing Director of the Fund of Funds Department, China Everbright Limited (CEL), mainly responsible for the fundraising, investment, and operational management of the Fund of Funds. Ms. Zhang is well-experienced in venture capital investment and FOFs management. She has excellent capabilities in capital raising, financial analyzing and complex financial problem solving.
Prior to joining our company, Ms. Zhang worked as a General Manager in Assets Management Department of Guangdong Technology Financial Group Corporation and held the position of General Manager in Guangdong FOFs Management Company Limited.
Ms. Zhang holds a Master Degree of Engineering in Chongqing University. She is an Advanced Level Accountant and a holder of CIA. She is also an expert reviewer in Ministry of Finance of the People's Republic of China.

Amy Pang
Investment Director
Ms. Pang is the Investment Director of the Fund of Funds Department, China Everbright Limited(CEL)， assists the department head of FOFs in the fundraising, investment, and operational management.
Ms. Pang has 20 years of risk investment and listed companies capital management experience.
Ms. Pang holds a Master Degree of Economics in Jinan University. She is awarded as Guangzhou Finance Senior Professional Talents, while also holds Senior Accountant Certificate.

Ke Mei Yang
Investment Director
Mr. Ke is the Investment Director of the Fund of Funds Department, China Everbright Limited(CEL)，assists the department head of FOFs in the fundraising, investment, and operational management.
Prior to joining the fund of funds department, Mr. Ke worked in the principal investment department and oversaw the investment and management of more than a dozen angel and venture capital, private equity investment funds and direct equity investments initiated by well-known investment institutions.
Mr. Ke holds a master's degree in Finance from Boston College in the United States and a bachelor's degree in Economics from Renmin University of China.

Mr. Zhang is the Investment Director of the Fund of Funds Department, China Everbright Limited (CEL)，assists the department head of FOFs in the fundraising, investment, and operational management.
Mr. Zhang used to work in Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Huayong, Zhongbing Guangdong Development Fund and Shandong High-speed Light Control Urban Industry Fund.
Mr. Zhang is a CICPA Charter holder, Legal Occupation Qualification holder, Investment Banking Business Qualification holder. He holds a Master Degree of Management in Renming University of China.

Ms. Wang is the Vice president of the Fund of Funds Department, China Everbright Limited (CEL)，assists the department head of FOFs in the fundraising, investment, and operational management.
Previously, Ms. Wang worked in Guotai Junan Securities and Hunan Hongyu Wear-resiting New Material Co., Ltd ，and was responsible for capital operation, investment and financing management, and M&A .
Ms. Wang holds a Master Degree of Journalism & Communication in Hunan University and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Hunan University.

Lin Yingzi - Emma
Vice President
Ms. Lin is the Vice president of the Fund of Funds Department, China Everbright Limited (CEL)，assists the department head of FOFs in project investment and management.
Previously, Ms. Lin worked in the Asset Management Department, and performed as the Portfolio Manager of Everbright Absolute Return Fund, which outperformed the market with attractive risk-reward.
Ms. Lin is a CFA Charter holder, she also owns a master's degree in Science from HKUST and a bachelor's degree in Economics from Jinan University.

Ms. Chen is the Senior Associate of the Fund of Funds Department, China Everbright Limited (CEL)，assists the department head of FOFs in the fundraising, investment, and operational business.
Previously, Ms. Chen worked in Guangdong Yueke Finance Group and participated in the establishment and relevant issues of industrial guiding funds.
Ms. Chen holds both Master and Bachelor Degree of Arts from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies.
