Introduction
The Fund is a US$150 million dedicated private equity fund that supports innovative Israeli companies in capital and long term growth, along with development initiatives in the Greater China market. The Fund achieved its final closing on 31st December 2015.

Investment Strategy
The Fund invests in mid-to-late stage Israeli or Israeli-related companies, especially those with proven innovation and global growth strategy or vision. These include expansion plans into the emerging markets with a strategic focus on the Greater China market, or companies which offer products or business solutions that have a significant potential in Greater China.
The Fund focuses on sectors including agriculture, industrials/manufacturing, healthcare, water treatment, energy, technology, media and telecommunications.
The Fund aims to become a majority or significant minority shareholder in the portfolio companies. Leveraging its resources and experience, the Fund seeks to provide its portfolio companies with various value-added support in the areas including overall strategy, operation, finance, risk management, marketing and human resources to achieve its potential
