The Chinese and English name “Everbright” denoted the company's vividness and optimism, in line with our sim to create a bright future and support to the needy through our actions. In recent years, CEL has been actively supporting sigh-saving campaigns of “Lifeline Express” and “Orbis”, which hopes to restore eyesight of the visually impaired around the world. Other than that, CEL and the Caritas Family Crises Supporting Centre jointly launched “The Everbright Project” by advocating the attitude of life - “Making Life Simple”, helping the Hong Kong middle class foster a positive mentality and build up their life goal.
Over the past few years, CEL has formed a close partnership with Lifeline Express and becomes one of the largest funding sources helping the charity treat cataract patients in poverty-stricken areas in Mainland China.View More
Everbright title sponsored the annual largest and flagship fund-raising event of Orbis – “Everbright Moonwalkers” in 2017. Through the overnight walkathon, the organiser hopes to bring a message to all participants about the joy of restoring eyesight and experience the inconvenience of losing eyesight.View More
