27 May 2012, Hong Kong – China Everbright Group and Everbright Vice Chairman Zang Qiutao recently met with the senior management team of China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation (CASTC) and China Eastern Airline Corporation in Beijing.

The collaborative relationship was established in 2008 when China Everbright Group became the second-largest shareholder of CASTC’s subsidiary, China Aerospace Investment Holding Company (CAIHC), which in turn invested in Everbright’s China Aircraft Leasing Company as the third-largest shareholder in May 2012. 

 

CAIHC General Manager Ma Xingrui said CAIHC has very solid operations and an asset management scale that has exceeded RMB 10 billion, adding that CAIHC is thankful for Everbright’s support for these achievements. Mr. Zang congratulated CAIHC on its success and said he has full confidence in the company’s operational management. He also indicated Everbright is looking forward to more collaboration in the aerospace business, further expanding its aerospace science and technology domestically and overseas.
