10 June 2011 – Sponsored by China Everbright Capital Limited, a subsidiary of China Everbright Securities International Limited, Dragon Crown Group Holdings Limited (“Dragon Crown”, HKSE code: 935) today successfully listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. China Everbright Securities (HK) Limited is the Sole Global Coordinator, Sole Bookrunner and Sole Lead Manager of the listing. 

 

Through its Global Offering, Dragon Crown offered 275 million new shares at an Offer Price of HK$1.1, raising net proceeds of approximately HK$302 million. Dragon Crown’s shares closed at HK$1.4 per share on the first day of trading. Dragon Crown is a leading integrated terminal service provider in the PRC, specialising in the storage and handling of liquid chemical products. It offers a comprehensive range of liquid chemical terminal and storage services in self-owned jetties, storage tanks and dedicated pipelines at the terminals of Nanjing, Tianjin and Ningbo with a total annual designed throughput of over 3.0 million metric tonnes.
