Corporate Client Services is responsible for client relationship management as well as marketing and distribution of CEL funds to institutional investors onshore and offshore. We take a long-term and holistic approach in client relationship and business development. Our clients are typically large institutional investors seeking enhanced returns along with capital preservation. They include insurance companies, banks, family offices, fund of funds, as well as government and sovereign entities. Our experienced team consists of passionate finance and investment professionals who are dedicated to serving our clients’ interests first.

Mr. Frank Zhang
Managing Director and Head of Corporate Client Services
Mr. Zhang is Managing Director and Head of Corporate Client Services at China Everbright Limited and is responsible for CEL’s client relationship development, fund marketing and distribution strategies. Mr. Zhang has 19 years of financial industry experience in commercial banking, investment banking and corporate management. In 2001, Mr. Zhang started his career at China Construction Bank headquarter, where he worked for audit department, IPO Office and Board Office. In 2010, Mr. Zhang joined CCB International, where he was Managing Director of IBD and the Head of financial institution business. During his tenure, Mr. Zhang helped more than 30 Chinese financial institutions to achieve their IPOs, share placement, bond issuance and M&A transactions in the global market. Before CEL, Mr. Zhang worked for WeShare, a Fintech startup invested by Tencent, and he was Chief Strategy Officer and responsible for the corporate strategy, equity financing and strategic investment. Mr. Zhang holds an MBA from Tepper Business School of Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Management in Accounting from Sun Yat-Sen University. Mr. Zhang is an American CPA.

Wang Yuqing
Director
Ms. Wang is Director of the Corporate Client Services Department at China Everbright Limited (CEL) and is based in Beijing. Ms. Wang has more than 11 years of financial services experience. Prior to joining CEL, Ms.Wang worked at Everbright Prestige Capital as Vice Director of the Optical Product Innovation Department and as Head of the Risk Department. Ms. Wang also worked at China Postal Savings Bank’s head office and led the team responsible for developing the bank’s distribution and channel business. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management from Southwestern University and majored in Finance and Economics.

Sarah Duan
Director
Ms. Duan is Director of the Corporate Client Services Department at China Everbright Limited (CEL) and is based in Beijing. Prior to joining CEL, she worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch (Singapore) in the Global Client Services and Operations department and at EBA Investments in the Asset Management department. Ms. Duan has over 6 years of experience in commercial banking, asset management and client coverage. Mrs. Duan holds a Master’s degree in Applied Economics from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Accounting from the University of Western Ontario.

Director
Ms. Zou is Director of the Corporate Client Services Department at China Everbright Limited (CEL) and is based in Shanghai. She has more than one decade of working experience in financial and fund operation management. And ten years of overseas work and entrepreneurship experience. She participated in the preparation of Stanmore Bay Retirement Village，in New Zealand. After returning to China, she worked for fountainvest capital, CEC Capital, also she was an Investment Vice President of CEL Healthcare Fund, an Executive Director of Chengwei Capital and an Executive Director of China Merchants Capital; Ms. Zou participated in and led the establishment of three RMB funds and also participated in several projects investing and investment exits； She holds a Bachelor of Psychology from University of Auckland, a Bachelor of Accountancy from Massey University, MBA from Webster University(U.S.) /Shanghai University of Finance and Economics

Ma Jinxian

Ms. Ma is an Associate in the Corporate Client Services Department at China Everbright Limited (CEL) and is based in Beijing. Prior to joining CEL, Ms. Ma worked for Everbright Prestige Capital as a product manager assistant and has over 3 years of experience in asset management and client coverage. Ms. Ma holds a Master’s degree in Software Engineering from Peking University and majored in Financial Information Service. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the National Development Institute of Peking University, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Capital Normal University.
